Composer’s Voice is BACK!! We will be kicking off 2016 with a very special concert GIVING a VOICE to our composers as well as our beloved performers! This long awaited event will feature compositions by Constance Cooper, Reiko Fueting, Robert Voisey, Douglas DaSilva, Susanna Hancock, Charlie Rauh, Dennis Báthory-Kitsz, Milica Paranosic, David Shergold, Kit Mills, David Morneau, David Bohn, Kenyon Wilson and more. The performers will have a chance to perform some of their favorite works as well as the opportunity to present their on-the-spot compositions (we call this improvising!). Featured performers are vocal trio Arc Welding (Constance Cooper, Beth Griffith, and Lauren Lee); guitarist/composer Charlie Rauh, violinist Tzu-En Lee, clarinetist Kristen Mather de Andrade, , bassoonist Susanna Hancock, and baritone saxophonist Shelley Washington.
